Last week Bob Bloom of Business Development Solutions (BDS) was a guest on DM Radio's broadcast about Customer Data Integration (CDI). The broadcast's title was "The Customer Is Still Right: How CDI Improves Everything."
Along with Bob on the panel were Rob Karel of Forrester Research and Jim Walker of Talend. DM Radio is hosted by Eric Kavanagh and Jim Ericson, Editorial Director of Information Management.
Bob focused on how Mid-Sized organizations reach their business objectives by harnessing their data, data that is often in various sources and formats. Issues discussed included gaining a full view of business relationships with multi-unit organizations using hierarchy management. Other topics discussed were data governance and data quality steps.
